We are partnering with a boutique, ideas-led creative agency to find an exceptional Growth & Partnerships Lead to help shape the next phase of their journey.
This is a senior, high-impact role working directly with the Managing Director, combining commercial growth, partnerships, brand storytelling and strategic thinking. It’s ideal for someone who thrives on building meaningful relationships, spotting opportunity, and growing purpose-driven creative businesses.

The Role
As Growth & Partnerships Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining the agency’s future. You’ll drive growth primarily through existing client relationships, while also shaping longer-term commercial strategy, partnerships and market presence.

Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy (c.70%)
- Identify and convert high-potential opportunities within existing client relationships
- Focus on priority sectors including luxury, consumer brands, creative businesses and corporates
- Evaluate opportunities through both a commercial and purpose-led lens
Commercial Strategy (c.30%)
- Build and manage a strong, sustainable sales pipeline
- Lead the development of compelling pitches and proposals
- Partner with the Managing Director on long-term commercial models and partnerships
Partnerships & Client Relationships
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients, agencies and partners
- Represent the agency at industry events and networking forums
- Act as a credible, warm and professional ambassador for the agency’s culture and values
Pitching, PR & Marketing
- Expand pitch presence through RFPs and proactive opportunities
- Shape case studies, credentials and proposals
- Support PR, thought leadership, awards and marketing content
Market Insight & Strategy
- Maintain accurate CRM, forecasting and pipeline reporting
- Track market trends, competitor activity and partnership opportunities
- Contribute to growth planning and agency positioning
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in business development, partnerships or commercial growth
- Background in creative, experiential, live events or brand experience agencies
- Proven ability to convert opportunities into long-term client relationships
- Strong communicator with confident presentation and proposal-writing skills
- Commercially astute, proactive and comfortable managing your own pipeline
Package & Benefits
- £65,000–£75,000 base salary (DOE)
- Commission structure
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
