Group Training & Development Manager
My client is a growing and highly successful construction business and they are looking to appoint a Group Training & Development Manager to lead innovative learning initiatives across their organisation.
What You'll Do
Develop and roll out a company-wide training strategy aligned with organisational goals.
Drive recruitment and development of apprentices and graduates through industry-leading schemes. These will be small cohorts, however you must have experience with the apprenticeship and graduate processes within a business.
Design engaging programmes covering onboarding, technical skills, leadership, and compliance.
Build strong relationships with internal teams, mentors, and external training providers.
Monitor progress, evaluate effectiveness, and continuously improve training initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in training and development, ideally within a technical or construction-related environment. If you do not have construction or similar businesses, you must be used to working with diverse and multi-sited workforces.
Experience creating and running apprentice and graduate programmes within a similar sector.
Ability to create impactful learning experiences and manage programmes end-to-end.
