As Group Quality Manager you will have the autonomy to influence at a strategic level across quality at both the manufacturing site the UK as well as subsidiaries in the Far East, USA and EU. You will be pivotal in supporting the senior team to shape the vision for quality, identifying ways to drive changes that impact of cost of quality and lead and drive a cultural change to the way quality is approached. Working on often bespoke products on a project basis (from concept design stage through to quality support during production stage of program) you have a wide remit and a high degree of autonomy. This will include leading, inspiring and directing a small team of Quality Engineers (across the sites) to maximize performance and development. As Group Quality Manager your key accountabilities will encompass: Leading the direction and strategy of quality across the group both in the UK and internationally, but also have the capability to deliver the road map you have outlined
