Job Title: Group Project Finance Manager

OverviewOur client, a highly acquisitive SaaS business, is looking for a Group Project Finance Manager to support on post deal systems and financial operations integration. The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with proven experience of M&A integration within a fast-paced international business. This is a predominantly remote role with one day a month in the office and requires an immediate start.

DescriptionThe responsibilities of the Group Project Finance Manager include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for project management of financial operations integration.
• Business partnering with stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration.
• Developing clear policies and documentation for all key finance functions.
• Manage subsidiaries and group tax filings across UK & US.
• Supporting acquisitions, including due diligence and post-deal system integration.
• Driving ad hoc strategic and operational projects across the business.

SkillsThe skills of the Group Project Finance Manager include, but are not limited to:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with previous experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
• Proven experience working in a highly acquisitive business, ideally within SaaS and/or professional services business.
• Experience with ERP and accounting systems; exposure to Xero is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, evolving international business.
• Analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable driving process improvements.
