The Opportunity


The company now has a need for a senior lawyer to join the business as the sole lawyer for the company. As Group Legal Counsel, you will work closely with senior management and manage all legal matters for the business.


The opportunity will suit an individual with a corporate background who is looking to move into a broad and varied in-house position. The work will range from corporate and commercial contractual negotiations to corporate governance, risk management and stakeholder advisory matters. You will also oversee IP, marketing, regulatory matters (packaging, etc) as well supply chain and distribution.


About You


A broad general corporate skill-set is ideal, with any experience of having worked with or advised clients in the FMCG, retail or consumer sectors being useful. A keen interest in brands and an interest in working for a growing and agile brands business, rolling your sleeves up and really getting behind the brands is key.


This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a growing consumer brands business (with a fantastic Central London office location) in a truly varied in-house role.
