This company is an established Building Management Systems specialist operating across the UK and Ireland, delivering high-quality engineering solutions across commercial, healthcare, education, retail, and industrial sectors. They have built a strong reputation through consistent standards in safety, quality, and compliance.

In this role, you will be responsible for Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance across two well-established engineering businesses. The role combines office-based compliance with regular site visits and offers the opportunity to support audits, drive continuous improvement, and play a key part in achieving ISO 14001 accreditation.

This role would suit a HSEQ professional, ideally from an engineering or construction background, looking to join a company with a strong reputation and excellent culture.

The Role:

Maintain HSEQ compliance across all sites
Support and drive ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 standards, including audits and inspections
Conduct site visits, risk assessments, and deliver toolbox talks and inductions
Manage HSEQ records, equipment inspections, and calibration schedules
Ensure compliance for company vehicles, access equipment, and competent personnel
Play a key part in achieving ISO 14001 Environmental Standard accreditation

The Person:

NEBOSH-qualified (or equivalent H&S qualification)
