Location: London Victoria (hybrid model, minimum 3 days in office).

Education
As Group Head of Quality and School Performance, you’ll lead global school improvement efforts to ensure high-quality education and strong student outcomes—key to achieving NAE’s vision. In this role, you’ll oversee:
- Leading our self-evaluation processes
- Reviewing, supporting and advising our schools on how they improve on a global scale
- Leading our work on education data and how we support schools to use it effectively to improve student outcomes
- Leading the education due diligence of potential acquisitions
- Leading the integration of new schools
- Advising other NAE functions on the quality of our schools
- And leading our work to support our schools to offer excellent career and college counselling and guidance.

The Successful Candidate Will Possess
- Extensive experience as an educator in K-12 education.
- Experience working for an international, for-profit education company.
- Demonstrated expertise and track record in school improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting organisations to change or adapt their approach(es)
- Strong knowledge of using education data to support student outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships externally as well as across organisational and cultural boundaries.
