The Opportunity As Financial Controller , you will: Partner closely with the Managing Director to support strategic growth plans.

Lead, develop and manage the Accounts team, aligning responsibilities to individual strengths.

Take full ownership of financial processes and reporting across the group.

Identify opportunities to enhance systems, controls and commercial performance.

Provide clear, insightful financial analysis to senior stakeholders.

Present current and forecast financial performance to both internal and external parties.

Influence key commercial decisions with data-driven insight.
