As part of their ongoing growth journey, they are now seeking a Group Financial Controller to help drive forward their ambitious plans and lead a high-performing finance team at the heart of the business. About the Role: This senior leadership role reports directly to the Group CFO and sits on the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) . You'll be responsible for overseeing key financial functions, including internal and external reporting, business planning, pricing, payroll, and financial governance. The role also has two direct reports, managing a permanent team of 12 across Accounting, Payouts, and Business Partnering. You'll act as a strategic business partner while also owning operational finance delivery - with the opportunity to step up and cover for the CFO as needed.
