We are now seeking a commercially minded Group Financial Controller to join the leadership team and take ownership of group-wide financial operations, reporting, and controls as we continue to grow and diversify. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Controls Oversee month-end close and consolidated group financial reporting

Ensure robust financial controls, balance sheet reconciliations, and compliance across all entities

Manage year-end processes and statutory accounts, liaising with external auditors and tax advisors

Team Leadership Lead and develop the finance team (including AP/AR, management accounts, payroll)

Instill a culture of accuracy, accountability, and commercial awareness

Drive process improvements and systems optimisation

Budgeting & Forecasting Own the annual budgeting cycle and rolling forecasts
