As Group Financial Controller, youll be a senior figure within the finance team, working closely with the Group Finance Director and Regional COO to ensure robust reporting, insightful analysis, and operational alignment across the group. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, evolving business where youll help shape how finance supports the wider organisation. The Role: Lead, develop, and support the regional and local Finance teams, fostering a high-performance culture. Work in close partnership with the COO and senior management teams, providing strong financial leadership Prepare and deliver weekly cashflow forecasts and P&L reports to support decision-making Produce monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow statements Present monthly financial performance at business review meetings, clearly explaining key variances against budget and offering meaningful insight into business trends Lead the preparation of budgets and reforecasts in line with Board expectations and timelines Oversee fixed asset reporting and controls across the region Support the Group Finance Director in the timely completion of external audits Champion continuous improvement in finance systems and processes Play a key role in the regional rollout of a new ERP system Provide timely and accurate ad hoc reporting as required by the regional leadership team The Person: Qualified Chartered Accountant At least 4 years experience within industry Demonstrable experience of managing and developing a team Experience in dealing with auditors and external stakeholders Exposure to fast-paced, high growth environment Ability to travel globally once per quarter The Benefits: Salary up to £65K Bonus (up to 10%) Enhanced maternity / paternity Excellent culture Opportunity for relocation if interested (all expenses paid) To apply for this Financial Controller job please click on the link below or contact Laura Haggan to discuss in the strictest confidence.
