A well-established and expanding international professional services business based in Central London is looking to appoint a Group Finance Controller to take ownership of its group-wide finance function.

Operating across multiple regions, the business is entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation. This role sits at the centre of that journey, providing leadership across financial reporting, governance and operational finance, while partnering closely with the CFO and senior leadership team.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring the group’s financial information is accurate and consistent, whilst maintaining strong controls and compliance across all territories. The position requires someone comfortable working at both a detailed and strategic level, with regular exposure to Board-level stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning group and regional financial reporting, including monthly results, insights and Board packs
• Ensuring strong governance, controls and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Leading audit processes and managing external advisors
• Working with FP&A to support budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking
• Acting as a key finance contact for regional leadership teams
• Supporting business-wide initiatives such as systems improvements, sustainability reporting and acquisition activity

What we’re looking for:

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience in a senior finance role within a group or international structure
• Strong technical grounding with the confidence to operate in a commercial, fast-moving environment
• Clear communicator able to work effectively with senior stakeholders
