Preparing M&A budgets, completion accounts, earnout calculations and post-acquisition reporting Supporting month-end and M&A reporting for senior leadership Producing monthly Board Packs Preparing monthly and quarterly covenant reporting Performing balance sheet reconciliations Preparing FRS 102 statutory accounts using CaseWare Assisting with audits, tax queries and FCA returns Contributing to budgeting and forecasting cycles Working closely with Management Accounts and Data teams Supporting a range of ad-hoc financial projects as required
What we're looking for
Newly qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Experience in audit or financial services Advanced user of Microsoft Office, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-growing, evolving environment
