This newly created Group Chief Finance Officer role offers the opportunity to play a central role in that journey. Working closely with the Executive and Senior Leadership Teams , you will lead financial strategy across the portfolio, driving performance, supporting growth and helping to shape the future direction of the business. You will bring commercial insight and operational understanding to optimise profitability, enhance reporting and support investment decisions across multiple sites. This is a true leadership role, combining strategic influence with hands-on impact. You will partner closely with General Managers and functional leaders, build capability across the finance teams and help create a more integrated, high-performing group. The role will suit a commercially minded Finance Director with experience in multi-site or hospitality environments, who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial, evolving business.
