Job Description

We’re hiring a Group Change Lead to drive transformation across a leading FTSE Listed organisation. This is a senior, delivery-focused role requiring someone with a strong background in structured change management, stakeholder engagement, and visual communication.

You'll lead the design and execution of business-critical change programmes while also producing clear, engaging content, such as infographics, comms decks, and roadmaps, that help drive understanding and adoption across all levels of the business.

A background in consulting and industry is preferred, given the pace, complexity, and stakeholder environment of this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation programmes across a range of functions and client groups
  • Create and manage structured change plans, governance frameworks, and reporting mechanisms
  • Develop high-quality visual communications-infographics, programme updates, and stakeholder materials-that simplify and support change
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to assess readiness, manage risk, and ensure alignment
  • Coordinate internal teams and external delivery partners to maintain programme pace and integrity
  • Act as a central point of accountability for all change-related activity across the business

Experience Required

  • Significant experience delivering complex, cross-functional change programmes
  • Strong grasp of change methodologies (e.g. Prosci, Lean, Agile), with practical application in delivery
  • Proven ability to create clear and engaging content to support change-especially visual formats like roadmaps and infographics
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with credibility at senior leadership and Exec level
  • Previous experience in a top-tier consulting environment (e.g. Accenture, EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG) is highly desirable
  • Experience in consumer-focused organisations is advantageous

What You’ll Bring

  • A structured, pragmatic approach to transformation
  • Excellent communication skills-both written and visual
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to operate at pace
  • The confidence and credibility to lead across business functions and senior stakeholders

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the organisation during this significant period of change.
