Robert Half Talent solutions are seeking a Group Accountant for a dynamic, growing organisation based in Bridgend. The Group Accountant will be part of the Group Finance Team, assisting with key reporting dates including month end, quarterly and year end, annual budgets and tax. In addition to assist with key projects including group-wide software updates and developments. Key Responsibilities: Analysis of subsidiary monthly reporting and ongoing performance. Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports for UK directors and parent company. Review quarterly reporting packs for the UK and its subsidiaries. Review of subsidiaries budgets and forecasts, consolidation of group budgets and preparation of presentation to parent company. Ensure compliance with group-wide reporting standards and deadlines. Review of annual tax computations and quarterly VAT returns Oversee group-wide cash administration, including consolidation and analysis of weekly cash forecasts from subsidiaries and compliance with Group treasury requirements. Support acquisition accounting and integration processes. Act as a key contributor on projects within the Group Finance department.
