Freelance Groundworks Supervisor – Long Term Work\n\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Groundworks Supervisor for a long-term contract on a busy site.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Supervising all groundworks activities on site\n\n * \n\n Managing site operatives and subcontractors\n\n * \n\n Ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to programme\n\n * \n\n Coordinating daily tasks and reporting progress to site management\n\n * \n\n Maintaining high standards of health and safety\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n NVQ Level 3 in Groundworks (or equivalent)\n\n * \n\n Gold CSCS Card (Supervisor level)\n\n * \n\n SSSTS\n\n * \n\n Proven experience supervising groundworks projects\n\n * \n\n Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills\n\n * \n\n Ability to work on a freelance basis\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\n * \n\n Freelance / self-employed role\n\n * \n\n Long-term, ongoing work\n\n * \n\n Competitive day rate, dependent on experience\n\n * \n\n Immediate start available\n\nTo Apply:\nPlease apply with your CV or contact us for further information
