Groundworks Foreman – RC New Build Project (NW London) Location: North West London Project Type: Reinforced Concrete (RC) New Build £320 to £340/day  Our client, a leading Specialist RC and civil engineering contractor, is seeking an experienced Groundworks Foreman to join the project team on a major new build project in North West London (valued at c. £20m). This is a key supervisory role, responsible for overseeing groundworks operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.  Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate groundworkers on site - Oversee activities including: - Shoring operations - Excavator work - Muck-away - Breaking piles - Concreting - Lead daily morning briefings, including: - Method statements - Risk assessments - Toolbox talks - Ensure all works are carried out in line with health & safety regulations - Monitor productivity and maintain quality standards on site - Liaise with site management and other trades as required Requirements: - Proven experience as a Groundworks Foreman on RC or similar projects - Strong knowledge of groundworks operations and site coordination - Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) qualification - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to manage teams and maintain a safe working environment What We Offer: - Opportunity to work with a leading RC frame contractor - Long-term project with strong pipeline of future work - Highly competitive day rate/package (dependent on experience) If you have the experience and leadership skills to deliver high-quality groundworks on a major project, we’d like to hear from you.
