Groundworker/Paver

We are curretly looking for an experienced Paver for a project based in Stratford.

* Install block paving, slabs, and kerbing to a high standard

* Carry out paving finishes

* Prepare sub-base, level ground, and ensure correct drainage

* Lay tegular paving, granite sets, or concrete slabs

* Read and follow site drawings and specifications

* Maintain high standards of health & safety on site

* Work efficiently as part of a team to meet deadlines

Requirements

* Valid CSCS Card (essential)

* Proven experience in block paving / kerbing / slabbing

* Ability to work from drawings

* Own tools & full PPE (often required)

* Good work ethic and reliability

* References from previous groundworks roles

Day-to-Day Duties

* Preparing and levelling ground before paving

* Laying blocks, slabs, and kerbs accurately

* Using hand tools and small plant equipment

* Keeping site clean and safe

* Working outdoors in all weather conditions
