About the Role: Force Recruitment are looking for an experienced Groundworkers to join our team on a permanent basis in Heysham, Lancashire. This role offers long-term, stable work on a variety of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* General groundwork including drainage, foundations, and concreting

* Preparing and maintaining safe, tidy work areas

* Using tools and small plant as required

* Following site plans and health & safety guidelines

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Groundworker

* Valid CSCS card (essential)

* CPCS/NPORS (desirable)

* Good awareness of site health and safety

* Ability to work independently and in a team

* Full UK driving licence (preferred)
