Candidates must have:

* Full understanding of duties required for Construction works.

* Full understanding of duties required for Groundworks.

* Capable of working to instruction with minimal explanation.

* Ability to work with others.

* Provide assistance to chargehand and other tradesman.

* CSCS Green Card and Experience

* Sentinel Card PTS (Personal Track Safety)

* Manual handling

Preferred

* CSCS Blue Card

* IPAF

* PASMA

* Driving licence
