Offering a mixture of long-term and short-term projects, these Groundworker Jobs Cornwall roles are ideal for experienced groundworkers looking for steady work across both housing and civils environments.

The Role:
Duties will include all aspects of groundworks on housing and civils projects:

  • Drainage and pipe laying
  • Foundations and groundwork preparation
  • Concrete works and finishing
  • Kerbing, slabbing, and paving
  • Ducting and utility installation
  • Infrastructure and civils works
  • General site groundwork duties

About You:

  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Full PPE
  • Strong experience across groundwork disciplines
  • Experience on housing construction or civils projects advantageous
  • Reliable and hard-working
  • Own transport beneficial due to site access
  • Machine tickets advantageous but not essential
