Our client is recruiting a Groundworker to support the delivery of high-quality external and structural repairs across residential properties.
This role involves a mix of reactive and planned works, ensuring outdoor areas are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out groundwork repairs including drainage, concreting, fencing, and paving Diagnose and resolve issues such as blocked drains or damaged paths Assist with excavation and reinstatement works Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company standards Support other trades where requiredRequirements:
Proven experience in groundwork and external maintenance Knowledge of drainage systems and general building works Understanding of health & safety practices on site Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK driving licenceRG Setsquare is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
