We serve a diverse range of clients, including local authorities, healthcare providers, hospitality venues, airports and railways providing both reactive and planned services London, Essex and Kent and nearby regions. We are seeking the perfect candidate to join our team and start at the earliest opportunity.
Requirements for Groundworker:
You must have at least 2 years previous experience as a Groundworker

Competent in cold lay tarmac repairs & slabbing.
Competent in drainage installs and repairs.
Competent in laying/renewal of concrete pathways & bases.
Operate machinery and equipment for all groundworks projects.
General breaking out, clearing site and demolition of outdoor buildings/structures.
Good work ethic. Ensuring sites are left clean and tidy and free from debris from all outdoor spaces.
Follow health & safety guidelines at all times.
Ability to use own initiative
Ability to work under pressure
Positive can-do attitude
Good customer service & communication skills
Full clean UK driving licence (essential)
Qualifications:
CSCS

Preferred but not essential:
NRSWA - Street works
Competent in water main installs and repairs
You will be required to work on an emergency call out rota rota to be discussed
