Grounds Team Member - We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Groundsman to maintain the outdoor areas of our property/facility. The ideal candidate will ensure that lawns, gardens, sports fields, and other outdoor spaces are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Hours – Shift-based, including weekends and public holidays

Key Responsibilities:

\n\t
• Mow, trim, and edge lawns, gardens, and sports fields.
\n\t
• Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery.
\n\t
• Remove weeds, leaves, litter, and debris from grounds.
\n\t
• Operate and maintain landscaping and gardening equipment (lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).
\n\t
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides safely, following regulations.
\n\t
• Maintain pathways, fences, and outdoor structures.
\n\t
• Assist with drainage and irrigation systems.
\n\t
• Report any damage, hazards, or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
\n\t
• Follow health and safety regulations when working with equipment or chemicals.
\n

Key Skills & Experience:

\n\t
• Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or gardening preferred.
\n\t
• Knowledge of plants, lawns, and horticultural practices.
\n\t
• Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment safely.
\n\t
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
\n\t
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining neat, orderly grounds.
\n\t
• Teamwork and good communication skills.
\n

Desirable:

• Outdoor spaces, including parks, gardens, sports fields, estates, or commercial properties.
\n\t
• May require weekend or flexible hours depending on the needs of the property.
\n
