Grounds Maintenance Team Leader Location: Wickford Hourly Rate: £13.00-£13.50 Contract type: Permanent Working hours: Monday-Friday 7:00-15:30 About the role We are currently looking for a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join, supervise and work alongside your small team working in Wickford. You will keep all grounds in wonderful condition for our client, through grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying and other horticultural duties as required. Requirements Grounds Maintenance working experience Proven experience in Team Leader or Supervisor position within GM or a similar industry Ensure all tasks are completed to the required standard, with a good eye for detail and a safety conscious mindset The ability to be able to work independently but also as part of a wider team Proficient in problem solving and dealing with complex situations Reliable, energetic and enthusiastic with a determined, flexible and 'can-do' attitude Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. A full valid UK driving license essential. PA1 and PA6 licenses an advantage. Why join us?
