We're working with a well-established facilities management provider to recruit a Grounds Maintenance Operative for a secure site in Evesham. Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general grounds duties including grass cutting, hedge trimming, and weed control
• Support horticultural tasks such as planting, pruning, and seeding
• Maintain sports and recreational areas, including synthetic surfaces
• Operate tools, light plant, and equipment safely and effectively
• Assist with drainage and general site upkeep
• Complete basic painting and maintenance tasks when required
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety standards

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture
• A full UK driving licence
• Experience using maintenance tools or machinery
• A good understanding of health and safety practices
• Relevant tickets (e.g. spraying or chainsaw) would be beneficial
• A reliable, proactive and team-focused approach
