Gardeners - Grounds Maintenance Operative Salary £ 24,127 Position: Full Time
We are looking for gardeners to join a busy grounds maintenance team to maintain our estates. You will be responsible for working as part of a team to deliver this service using various equipment including ride-on and all other mowers, hedge cutters, strimmer's, blowers etc. You will be working to a plan on each estate which will enable you to deliver a high standard of service across all areas.
In housing you can make a real difference, the role of Gardening - Estate Operative will involve: * Grass cutting and collection * Removal and disposal of green waste * Hedge and bush reduction and shaping * Strimming * Weed management * Shrub maintenance, pruning and planting * Litter picking * Maintenance of hard standing areas * As Estate Operative we need you to have:
