Grounds Maintenance Operative - South London

PPM Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to work on a mobile round across South East London , with the yard based near the Catford area .
\n
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently and managing their own workload while maintaining a high standard of grounds maintenance across multiple sites.
\n
Location: South East London (Yard based near Catford) Pay Rate: £15.13p/h inc holiday pay Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm (8 hours per day) Working Week: 40 hours per week Role Type: Mobile / Lone Worker
\nKey Duties\n
\n \n Grass cutting, strimming and hedge cutting
\n
\n
\n General grounds maintenance across multiple sites
\n
\n
\n Litter picking and maintaining tidy outdoor environments
\n
\n
\n Weed control and spraying where required
\n
\n
\n Working independently while covering a designated mobile route
\n
\n
\n Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
\n
\n
\nRequirements\n
\n \n Previous Grounds Maintenance experience
\n
\n
\n Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
\n
\n
\n PA1 & PA6 licences (desirable)
\n
\n
\n Ability to work independently as a lone worker
\n
\n
\n Reliable and able to manage a mobile workload
\n
\n
\n
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong grounds maintenance experience who is confident working on their own and covering a mobile route.
