The Best Connection are proud to be recruiting multiple Grounds Maintenance Operatives for our well-established client, who provide landscape maintenance and soft landscaping services to local authorities across Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex, and Kent, serving commercial, public, and private sectors.

Location: Horsham

Industry: Agriculture

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm

Pay:

£12.71 per hour (no experience required)

Up to £14.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out grass cutting using strimmers, pedestrian mowers, and ride-on mowers with trailers (full training provided)

Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of all sites

Operate, maintain, and care for vehicles and equipment

Perform hedge cutting, shrub and border maintenance, pruning, and leaf clearance

Undertake landscaping and environmental improvement works, including turfing, seeding, and planting

Work safely at all times, following health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

No experience required - just a positive, can-do attitude

Happy to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Full UK driving licence to get to site

Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Good teamwork and communication skills
