The Grounds Maintenance service plays a key role in ensuring communal areas are well‑kept, welcoming, and compliant with health and safety standards.

The Role The Ground Maintenance Operative will carry out a range of outdoor manual tasks to maintain communal grounds, gardens, and estate areas. This includes grass cutting, hedge trimming, litter removal, and general upkeep to ensure a high‑quality environment for residents. The role requires physical fitness, reliability, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
