Job Description Ground Maintenance Operative (Gardener) South West London 3 Months Temp to Perm 35 Hours £14.50 PAYE / £19.15 LTD (inc hol)

Ground Maintenance Operative Join a dedicated team maintaining and enhancing green spaces across South West London! As a Ground Maintenance Operative, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Grounds Maintenance Team to deliver high-quality soft landscaping services that improve local environments. Required Skills :

\n Experience in grounds maintenance, gardening, or similar outdoor roles

\n

Proficiency in using strimmers, hedge cutters, and other landscaping tools

\n

Knowledge of health and safety procedures relevant to outdoor work

\n

Ability to carry out manual tasks such as edging, trimming, and litter collection

\n

Valid Full UK Driving Licence (a company van is provided)

\n

Nice to Have Skills :

\n Previous experience working with housing associations or local councils

\n

Basic knowledge of plant and shrub care

\n

Ability to operate small machinery or gardening equipment

\n

Education and Experience :

\n Prior experience in a similar grounds maintenance or gardening role

\n

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

\n

Other Requirements :

\n Full UK Driving Licence required

\n

Willingness to work Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, totaling 35 hours per week

\n

Health and safety awareness is essential
