Positions: Grill Chef | Chef de Partie | Sous Chef
Pay: £18.00 £19.40 per hour (including holiday pay) (£16.06 + £1.94 holiday pay to £17.31 + £2.09 holiday pay, depending on experience)

Role Requirements Grill Chef
Must be available to work every Sunday from midday (Grill chef)
Occasional Friday availability required
Strong grill experience essential
Reliable and confident working independently
Chef de Partie & Sous Chef
Roles involve regular travel across multiple sites
Must have access to a car and be a confident driver
Experience in high-volume or multi-site operations preferred
Flexible availability required
What Were Looking For Previous experience in a similar role
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Confident working in fast-paced kitchen environments
Food Safety Level 2 & Health & Safety Level 2
(or willingness to complete training)
