About the Role

The Grants and Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing compliance relating to grants, including associated reporting requirements and financial controls. Working across multiple directorates, you will collaborate closely with colleagues in International , UK Operations , and Fundraising / Grant Management , as well as finance and programmatic teams across the wider organisation .

You will play a central role in ensuring that all grant-funded activity is supported by robust due diligence, accurate donor reporting, and strong internal controls. This position also leads improvements to financial compliance processes, helping the organisation continually strengthen accountability and transparency.
