The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will support learning across Key Stages 3 and 4 by:

Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher
Managing behaviour in line with school policies
Creating a calm, positive and productive learning environment
Supporting students with special educational or additional needs where needed
Building professional, supportive relationships with students
This role allows you to gain valuable classroom experience without the pressure of planning, marking or long-term responsibilities.
