Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Graduate Planner based in Nottingham with some work-from-home flexibility. The Graduate Planner will assist with planning applications and appeals, conduct site visits and research, prepare reports and documents, and liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders. The role requires attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Understanding of planning applications and appeals processes
• Strong research and report-writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Proficiency in planning and mapping software
• Relevant degree in town planning or related field
• Membership or eligibility for membership with RTPI
• Experience in a similar role or internship is advantageous
