Purpose of the role As a Graduate Trainee - Product Development and Raw Materials, you will support the team in delivering the end-to-end product development process across ready-to-wear categories. This will be a 3–6-month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the PD team in all daily collection development tasks. Daily monitors the progress of developments. Centralize supply needs and prepare for shipment to factories. Participate in sending packages throughout the development of the collection. Prepare normalisation meetings in support of the developer. Help on the organization of the archiving of the samples at the end of the season. Input and update product information into database inventory systems, ensuring accuracy is maintained throughout the collection. Liaising with vendors on shipments, tracking and monitoring deliveries to ensure they arrive on time. Sample/stock management. Organising, filing, and archiving samples, swatches, and raw materials. Collection overview documentation management. PO management- prototypes, samples, excess stock, organising and recording all invoices.
