Full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant positions on the ‘Future Teachers Programme' Positions available for September 2026 Competitive rates of pay Salaried routes into teaching Secondary schools located across Manchester 2 year programme -both years with a salary receving full PGCE with QTS Responsibilities: Work with a small group of students in need of extra support. Deliver pre-planned focused interventions and monitor pupils’ progress. Work alongside the class teacher to plan sessions and cover lessons alongside receiving training on what is involved to become a future teacher. Full support and training will be provided To be accepted onto the Future Teachers Programme, you must have a degree within Maths, English, Science, Humanities or PE or be coming to the end of the final year of your degree. Following the completion of the Future Teachers Programme, successful Graduates will be supported onto a teacher training programme to achieve full QTS.
