The Role: Graduate Teaching Assistant positions across KS3-KS4

Start Date: January

Locations: Secondary schools throughout Hackney

Availability: Full-time, part-time and flexible work options

Competitive daily rates (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting students in a range of subjects at KS3 & KS4

Providing 1:1 and small-group support, including work with SEN learners

Assisting class teachers with lesson preparation and general classroom duties

Helping to maintain a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment

About You:

A recent graduate (all subjects considered)

Experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, youth work, summer camps or school support)

Passionate about education and exploring a route into teaching

Confident, proactive and enthusiastic

Able to build positive relationships with students and staff
