Are you a STEM or CORE subject graduate finishing your degree this summer?

We are seeking a number of Graduate Teaching Assistants to support in a secondary school setting from September, with full-time roles available and the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
What will you do?
• Work closely with the class teacher to support students aged 11–16 in the classroom • Deliver targeted small group interventions in your subject specialism (Maths, English, Science, Humanities, etc.) • Provide 1:1 support where required, including working with students with additional needs • Support behaviour management and help create a positive, engaging learning environment • Gain valuable insight into teaching, lesson planning, and classroom practice
What do you need?
• A degree in a STEM or CORE subject (e.g. Maths, Science, English, Humanities) • A strong interest in pursuing a career in teaching • Availability to work full-time from September • A proactive, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young people • An up-to-date CV covering your education history • An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one • References covering your most recent experience
