Job Overview: * This Secondary school caters for pupils aged 10-19. * Full-time, Monday - Friday, Graduate Teaching Assistant role. * Support the delivery of engaging and differentiated lessons to pupils in Colchester. * Assist the class teacher with planning and adapting learning to meet individual needs. * Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with autism. * Support pupils in developing communication, life skills, and independence. * Work alongside therapists and support staff within the Colchester school environment.
