What you'll do as a Graduate Teaching Assistant:

Support teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management

Work 1:1 or with small groups, including students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

Help prepare learning materials and maintain a positive, inclusive environment

Encourage student engagement and personal growth inside and outside the classroom

What we're looking for:

A recent graduate (any subject welcome)

A passionate, proactive, and reliable individual

A DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply

Experience working with children or young people is helpful-but not essential
