This is a long-term role, starting immediately and running until July 2026, giving you the stability and experience to really build your skills in education.

What you'll be doing day to day:

Supporting pupils in core subjects such as English, Maths and Science
Providing 1:1 and small group intervention sessions to boost progress
Helping to manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive learning habits
Assisting with revision clubs, enrichment activities, and exam preparation
Building strong relationships with students to help them reach their potentialWho we're looking for:

Recent graduates with a degree in any subject (education, psychology, or related fields are particularly valued)
Strong communicators who are confident working with teenagers
Individuals interested in teacher training or a career in education
Experience working with young people (tutoring, mentoring, youth work, coaching) is desirable, but not essentialWhy this school?
