We are working with a well‑regarded independent prep school in West Kensington, W14, seeking Graduate Teaching Assistants to join their team from September. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience working alongside experienced class teachers, supporting pupils’ learning and day‑to‑day classroom activities in a well‑organised and supportive setting.

This role is ideal for graduates considering a future career in teaching, education, or child development, who are looking to build practical classroom experience before moving into teacher training.

Start Date: September 2026
Role: Graduate Teaching Assistant / General Teaching Assistant - NO SEN
Contract: Full‑time, long‑term - one year initially
Hours: Monday–Friday (phone number removed)pm
Pay: £105–£115 per day

The Role:

* Supporting learning alongside the class teacher

* Assisting with lesson activities and classroom routines

* Helping to maintain a positive and structured learning environment

* Supporting pupils’ engagement and participation across the curriculum

* Gaining exposure to teaching practices, lesson delivery, and school life

* This role does not include any SEN / 1:1 support - general classroom support only

About You:

* Graduate (all degree subjects welcome)

* Confident, professional, and enthusiastic

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Keen to learn and develop within a school setting

* Available full‑time from September
