Your role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant...

Support teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
Work with small groups or individual pupils
Provide targeted support for SEN and additional learning needs
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement
Assist with tracking pupil progress and intervention activities

Training and Development...

Practical classroom shadowing
CPD in behaviour management, safeguarding and SEN support
Preparation for future teacher training or education careers

Requirements...

Degree (subject-related preferred, but not essential)
Interest in education and working with young people
Experience with children or young people (desirable)
Willingness to complete safeguarding and KCSIE training
Enhanced DBS holders prioritised
