About the Role Working closely with class teachers and senior staff, your responsibilities will include: * Supporting learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on school needs * Delivering small-group interventions in reading, writing and maths * Providing 1:1 support for pupils who require additional guidance * Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment * Supporting pupils with SEN, EAL or behavioural needs * Helping prepare resources and support lesson delivery This is a varied and rewarding role where you will build key classroom skills and confidence.
