Maths Graduate - Graduate Teaching Programme

Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire Contract: Full-time | Fixed-term (with pathway to QTS) Start Date: ASAP

This role is ideal for a motivated graduate who is passionate about mathematics and keen to develop their teaching skills in a supportive school environment.

The Role:

Support the delivery of Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 exposure possible)

Work alongside experienced Maths teachers to plan, deliver, and assess learning

Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups

Gradually take on increased teaching responsibility as part of the training programme

Engage fully with training, mentoring, and professional development

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds (or is on track to achieve) a degree in Mathematics or a related subject

Has a strong desire to pursue a career in secondary teaching

Confident, enthusiastic, and willing to learn

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards young people

Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential
