About the Role – Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant As a Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant , you'll work closely with subject teachers and the wider support team to improve student understanding and engagement in STEM subjects. Your responsibilities will include: Providing targeted academic support in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering-based subjects Delivering small-group and one-to-one intervention sessions to help students close learning gaps or stretch their abilities Assisting in lesson planning and delivery, with the opportunity to lead portions of lessons over time Offering mentoring and study skills support, especially in the run-up to GCSE and A-Level exams
