Strong academic grounding in Computer Science, Engineering or a related STEM degree Exposure to AI and machine learning through university modules, dissertations or side projects Solid programming fundamentals (Python, JavaScript or similar) Logical problem solving and clear thinking Working independently and seeing tasks through Communicating ideas clearly in a small team
