The Role - Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
In this Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will work with pupils aged 11-16, providing 1:1 and small-group support to help them engage with learning and manage their behaviour effectively.
You will play a key role in supporting emotional regulation, behaviour management, and engagement, using structured strategies to de-escalate challenging situations and promote positive outcomes. Building strong, consistent relationships will be central to success in this Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant role.
